M.S. in Management and Organizational Behavior Curriculum
The MSMOB curriculum at Benedictine University is an excellent steppingstone in the development of any degree-seeking professional. Our courses will give you a strong foundation in strategic planning, labor relations, managerial accounting, information management, global interdependence, workforce diversity, change management and ethical leadership. You will also participate in the program’s highly acclaimed Contemporary Trends in Change Management Lecture Series. As a participant in these events you will have the opportunity to learn from a number of top national academicians and consultants who will address state-of-the-art issues in organizational behavior and organization development.
You will graduate from the program armed with with an excellent academic foundation as well as exposure to leading edge concepts that will prepare you to change and lead organizations in a rapidly changing, global business environment.
